MANUEL FIGARI doesn't just want to help you buy or sell your home – he wants to make you laugh while you're doing it. Manuel says that making people happy and taking the headaches and worry out of real estate are the things he likes best about his job. A real estate agent for more than 20 years, Manuel has hundreds of happy clients who have benefited from his honest advice and his extensive knowledge of the Bay Area housing market.

A native of Santiago, Chile, where he managed several large companies, Manuel relocated to California in 1980. Manuel's friends and colleagues thought his business and negotiation skills, combined with his outgoing personality, would make him an ideal realtor. He quickly learned the ropes and became an expert on East Bay real estate, even driving a bread truck to familiarize himself with all of the neighborhoods.

Manuel has been an integral part of Heidi Mueller's Bay Area Relo team since 1993 and specializes in working with young professionals, first-time buyers and Spanish-speaking clients. His broad experience allows him to “show, not sell” – gaining a clear understanding of exactly what his clients like and showing them all the available properties that meet their needs. Manuel speaks fluent Spanish and keeps abreast of new technologies that benefit the real estate industry and the Bay Area Relo team.

Manuel and his wife currently live in the Oakland Hills. They have five grown children and are active in Chilean cultural events.
